JENECONK AI Study Coach helps students prepare for WAEC, JAMB and NECO. We collect only the information needed to provide the service, support students and confirm paid access.
Information we use
- Account details: name and email address.
- Study information: chosen subjects, quiz attempts, scores and saved progress.
- Payment notices: payer name, bank name if supplied, transfer reference, payment time if supplied and the account email. Payment receipts are sent directly to our WhatsApp support line.
- Lesson enquiries: telephone number, intended course, exam and selected subjects.
- Anonymous service-use events, such as page views and quiz starts. We do not send answer text, names or email addresses in these events.
How we use it
We use this information to provide accounts, save learning progress, confirm subscriptions, answer support requests, run live-lesson enrolment and improve the service. We do not sell student information.
Keeping information safe
Access is limited to authorised JENECONK staff and service providers needed to operate the app, including hosting, authentication and managed database services. Payment activation is recorded for accountability.
Students and parents
If a student is below the age at which they can independently consent under applicable law, a parent or guardian should create or supervise the account and payment process.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your account information by contacting JENECONK. Some records may be retained where needed for financial, security or legal obligations.
